This lovely early Yanagisawa Elimona Soprano Saxophone is presented in very good condition and has been fully serviced by or in-house technicians.
The Elimona soprano sax was one of the first sopranos to come with two interchangeable necks, straight and curved. This professional, hand-finished model has everything that you could ask for, including High F#. It has very reliable intonation, a principal reason these saxes are sought after, in part connected to the fully hand-fitted key-work and refined tone-hole work creating very clean pad seating.
The two necks offer different characteristics - the straight offers a brighter tone, favoured by classical players, while the curved offers a darker tone, favoured by jazz players and doublers.
