Developed in 1955 under the guidance of Robert Carree, the R13 clarinet quickly became a firm favourite amongst professional musicians.
The R13 is notorious for its rich and focused sound and it's powerful projection in all registers.
It is also one of the most versatile professional-level clarinets, widely used in symphony and chamber music settings as well as by soloists, teachers, and military orchestras.
