Howarth S45C - Graduate model, designed for the diploma level player or more serious amateur.
The S45C benefits from a thicker wall body design compared to the S40. This extra weight and thickness gives the S45 a darker and more powerful sound.
It has a simplified conservatoire system mechanism with additional thumb-plate. This allows the player to use a wide range of alternative fingerings, with features found on very expensive models including mechanisms for many extra trills.
Good tuning scale and an excellent tone make this a great upgrade instrument for the advanced player.
