Our comprehensive selection of new and used instruments and our large range of instrument accessories means we always have everything you need for saxophones, clarinets, flutes, trumpets and trombones plus many other musical instruments from the world's leading manufacturers available and in stock.

All our staff are friendly, highly experienced and knowledgeable plus we have our own fully qualified instrument maker and repairer who offers specialist attention to your instrument.

Windblowers are proud to be the UK agent for Bernd Moosmann bassoons and also suppliers to local authorities, music societies and various educational establishments.

We are proud to announce that Windblowers is a registered participant of the Art Councils Take it away scheme. Take it away is an Arts Council initiative designed to help more people get involved in learning and playing music. The scheme allows individuals between the ages of 18 and 25 to apply for a loan of up to £2,000 for the purchase of any kind of musical instrument, and pay it back in nine monthly installments, completely interest free.

The scheme has been extended to allow anyone to purchase an instrument for someone aged under 18. Please enquire for more details.

Assisted Instrument Purchase Scheme (AIPS)

Students can now save money when buying an instrument with Windblowers. There is a scheme called the Assisted Instrument Purchase Scheme which allows students to buy instruments without having to pay United Kingdom V.A.T. (20 %). This means that when buying an instrument for £1500 you could save £250 on the purchase price.
